Postage within Australia
We partner with Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Where do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping at the buyer’s expense, with rates varying by destination. Please note that Rao Sisters is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply. Should you have any questions regarding international shipping, we’re happy to assist simply contact us.
Order Processing and Dispatch
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak sale periods, there may be slight delays we appreciate your patience as we prepare your item with care.
Sustainable Packaging
At Rao Sisters, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that end-of-life and landfill should never be an option even our packaging deserves a second life.
Each garment is steam cleaned and packed in our reusable calico bags, then sealed in 100% compostable and eco-friendly mailers or boxes. We take pride in ensuring your preloved luxury arrives beautifully and responsibly packaged.
Returns Policy
All sales are final returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted. Each item is carefully described, with detailed notes on its condition and any visible flaws.
However, if an item arrives damaged or significantly differs from its description, we are happy to review your claim. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide clear photos of the issue.
We kindly remind you that vintage and preloved pieces have led a previous life. Subtle signs of wear are part of their story and by purchasing them, you’re giving these pieces a new chapter while making a positively conscious choice for the planet.
Restocking Fee

If the returned item is undamaged and meets our return conditions, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
